Oxford Development Company had a vision. They wanted to make their mark on Pittsburgh real estate and the Western Pennsylvania landscape with lifestyle-infused spaces and brand them with their unique DNA in the way people experienced them.
Elias/Savion was the choice of Agency for the Oxford Development Company and their original landmark building on Grant Street in downtown Pittsburgh, the 46-story One Oxford Centre.
The solution was two-fold: market the brilliant high-rise towers as a powerbase for the high profile business; and create a separate but aligned brand for an urban shopping mecca of high-end retail and dining. One Oxford Centre became both. Two worlds, melded by the same brand.
Leveraging lifestyle extension, Elias/Savion created a new Oxford Athletic Club brand – upscale, membership-driven clubs in the suburbs with the cache of the downtown name.
Most recently, Oxford Development has hired the Agency to retake the downtown spotlight with a stunning new project, 350 Fifth, a 29-story, 5.4 million square feet LEED-certified building that the Agency has branded as “Urban Genius.”
With a sleek, new award-winning website, a building folio for potential tenants, and a full communications campaign, the Agency seeks to market the property to multiple tenants in and outside of Western Pennsylvania, including two “signature” tenants.
