The Galleria was the place for the premiere of Image Makers Rock 'n' Roll Art Expo, part of a 50-city national tour introducing the art of such musical legends as Jerry Garcia and John Lennon, with a special appearance by Micky Dolenz of The Monkees. The opening timed masterfully with the upscale shopping center’s marketing campaign, "If Galleria were a color," and focus on bringing people closer to the arts. |
